START WHERE YOU ARE
START WHERE YOU ARE
Some people need one clear answer. Others want a plan for a defined area, help bringing that plan to life, or guidance through a full year of change.
Next Level Gardens offers different levels of support so you can begin with what feels useful now and continue only when it makes sense. Each service stands on its own and leaves you with something practical and valuable.
THE GARDEN WALKABOUT
THE GARDEN WALKABOUT
60–90 minutes · $125 · Written recap included
A Garden Walkabout is an on-site coaching visit focused on understanding your property, priorities, and questions. Together, we’ll look at what is working, identify challenges and opportunities, and discuss practical improvements related to plant health, maintenance, habitat value, and overall design.
Afterward, you’ll receive a concise written recap identifying key observations, opportunities to prioritize, and practical next steps.
You can use the recap independently, return for additional coaching, or choose one priority to develop with Next Level Gardens.
FOCUSED ACTION PLAN
FOCUSED ACTION PLAN
Starting at $350
A Focused Action Plan develops one defined area, opportunity, or landscape challenge in greater detail. This might include a privacy planting, foundation bed, island garden, lawn-to-garden conversion, problem area, or another meaningful part of your property.
Your Action Plan may include:
• On-site measurements and assessment
• Priorities and proposed layout
• Plant palette and placement guidance
• Phasing and sourcing recommendations
• Practical next steps for implementation
You receive a site-specific plan that you can implement yourself, complete gradually, or use as the foundation for a Curated Garden Project.
CURATED GARDEN PROJECT
CURATED GARDEN PROJECT
Bring the plan to life with Next Level Gardens beside you.
Custom proposal
A Curated Garden Project adds hands-on support to the planning process. Next Level Gardens can help refine the design, source appropriate plants and materials, lay out the garden on-site, work alongside you, or coordinate a small installation crew.
Project support may include:
• Site-specific design and plant selection
• Plant and material sourcing
• On-site layout and planting support
• Installation or small-crew coordination
• Project-specific establishment guidance
Each proposal clearly separates professional services, plants and materials, and installation labor. You decide how much support you want and what pace makes sense for your property and budget.
STEWARDSHIP YEAR
STEWARDSHIP YEAR
Learn your landscape through a full seasonal cycle.
$1,200 · Limited fall enrollment
The Stewardship Year is designed for people who want an ongoing coaching relationship rather than a single visit or project. Over the course of the year, we observe how your property changes, make informed adjustments, and build your confidence as its steward.
The Stewardship Year includes:
• Four property-specific seasonal visits
• Text and email coaching between visits
• Personalized notes, resources, and next steps
• Workshops and shared cohort learning
• Seasonal observation and future planning
Additional design work, plants, materials, and installation projects are proposed separately.
The Stewardship Year is a limited annual cohort beginning each fall. Enrollment opens during the summer and closes before the cohort’s seasonal work begins. If enrollment is closed, you can still begin with a Garden Walkabout, Focused Action Plan, or Curated Garden Project.
Founding cohort enrollment closes October 1.
COMMUNITY AND SHARED SPACES
COMMUNITY AND SHARED SPACES
Thoughtful landscapes can grow beyond the backyard.
Schools, faith communities, nonprofits, neighborhood organizations, golf courses, and other shared properties have different goals, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
Next Level Gardens can support site conversations, phased planning, native-forward planting, educational programming, volunteer-friendly projects, and long-term stewardship.
Community projects begin with a conversation and a custom scope rather than standard residential pricing.
